Yes — that’s the whole point. Home visits are standard, not an add-on. I come to you anywhere in Paisley and across Renfrewshire. There's no separate call-out charge — the £39 diagnosis fee covers the visit itself.
Most software jobs are done in the same visit — usually 45 minutes to an hour. Hardware repairs (screen, battery, SSD) may need me to take the device away overnight to source and fit the part, but I’ll always tell you upfront.
The home visit diagnosis is £39. I’ll tell you the full cost of the fix before any work starts — no surprises, no commitment until you’re happy with the quote.
You don’t pay. No fix, no fee on all repair jobs. If I can’t sort it, I’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction — at no charge.
Yes — if you’d rather bring it to me, you save £10 on the diagnosis fee (£29 instead of £39). Drop-off is from Paisley. I’ll call you once I’ve had a look.
